I’ve read so many posts and so much conflicting information my head is spinning.
Regarding Pennsylvania: is it true that the only way a recount can happen is if Ms Stein petitions in court that there’s “prima facie” evidence of fraud, tampering, hacking, etc? If that’s true, I don’t see a recount happening. What are the facts regarding Pennsylvania? Thanks.

One caveat - there are some precincts where the three-voter challenge can happen, but not enough to make a difference.
