There is an apparent conflict between two statutes. One requires payment when filing for recount; the other references an estimate required to be given to the filer. If they did not give Stein the amount to pay, how could she pay it? This may end up in Wisconsin Supreme Court and perhaps SCOTUS. Here we go again.

Good analysis.

There is also an outstanding arrest warrant in North Dakota for the petitioner Jill Stein.

According to this post by Future Useless Eater the co-petitioner was in an embassy in Cuba, post #335. Also look at the signature of the petitioner and the notary on the petition. It looks like the same handwriting and that the same person signed as both the petitioner and the notary. Can't notarized one's own signature. This may have been done because it was done in Havana and they didn't have a U.S. Citizen notary there. Would think that this could make the whole petition fraudulent. Also it would qualify as fore in interference in a U.S. Election I believe. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3498729/posts
