The demos are all about election fraud. Their fight against VOTER IDs is for one reason — steal elections. Blacks & Latinos aren’t so stupid that they cannot have an ID but I guess the demos feel they can be useful idiots.

Almost all the states have a % threshold that must be uder (1 or 1.5% - something like that).
Very few of the states difference makes that threshold.
