Seems like there are initially always reports of more than one shooter, but when the smoke clears, there is almost always just one.

A single shooter could be anything, any motive. TWO shooters now smacks of planning, logistics and follow up operations. Considerable amount of RUMINT floating out there. 2-3 perps. Machete used (common muzzie weapon), rumors that a fire alarm was pulled and vehicle purposefully driven into students exiting the building. Stinks to high heaven of a deliberate plot. And of course - the campus is a 'gun free' zone. . . . .
