Police scanner is reporting they still haven’t cleared the parking garage, seem surprised the shelter in place has been cancelled.
They probably lifted the shelter in place since it’s contained to the parking garage. I would continue to shelter in place until the situation is fully under control. Did LEO confirm the shelter has been lifted or was it sent out by the OSU twitter account? Anything can be hacked...
