Exactly.

Every time the subject gets debated, they switch from the thing and hypothetical proof of humans contributing to climate change over to the proof that it is happening. No one doubts the climate is changing, it never hasn’t, but they try to conflate being unconvinced that humans are the cause with denying something basic observation confirms as true.

“The public is alarmed by climate change”, per the LA Crimes.

No, only the stupid, gullible, and guilt ridden half are. The rest of us who value real science, know a hoax when we see one, and that hoax is about to be revealed now that President Trump directs NASA and the climate studies grant funding stream.

This is a dream come true. The hoax is toast.

"Trump seems ready to fight the world on climate change. But he's likely to meet resistance..."

.... Of course he will face a lot of resistance. Heck ... The whole Globalist movement is reliant upon fighting Climate change as a source of funding for the International Globalist movement. They won't take the US resistance to it very lightly. They will fight it tooth and nail!!

Naw. I don’t think he’ll have much resistance to anything he tries to accomplish.

I think one after another everyone will fold.

Remember all the huffing and puffing in the MSM during the run-up to showdown day between President Reagan and PATCO, the air-traffic controller's union, which threatened a nationwide strike if they weren't granted a benefit package that would have cost Uncle Sam a cool $770 million (in 1981 money)?

The MSM did the usual full-court press. Total, wall-to-wall, full sympathy for the poor little union. There would be mass chaos, the air transport system of the United States would have to completely shut down until a new set of ATC personnel could be trained, which would take two years. The resulting transportation snafus would bring the US economy to its knees, making Jimmy Carter's recession look like a field of daisies on a summer's day.

Reagan would have to give in. PATCO had him over a barrel, held all the aces, was outmaneuvering him at every turn.

When showdown day came, they all got fired. The whole kit and caboodle. Rehiring began immediately, with management running the system during the transition period.

The effect on the domestic air travel system was negligible and short-lived.

Can you even remember the name of the bearded guy who was the president of PATCO? When the strike failed, he was swept aside by the MSM quicker than you can say "now hiring."

Its ironic because man would literally have to “fight the world” to change the global climate, and even then its doubtful he could much of anything.

The way for Trump to sell his anti-AGW agenda to the public is to quote the public statement of the UN's top climate change official regarding the true political agenda behind the climate change movement:

"This is probably the most difficult task we have ever given ourselves, which is to intentionally transform the economic development model, for the first time in human history. This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution. That will not happen overnight and it will not happen at a single conference on climate change, be it COP 15, 21, 40 - you choose the number. It just does not occur like that. It is a process, because of the depth of the transformation."
--Christiana Figueres, Executive Secretary of UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change)

In other words, the whole purpose of the UN climate change agenda is to undo the Industrial Revolution (except, of course, to the elitists running the UN global government).

The Democratic party and liberal tactic is to change the definition of words and phrases they know they cannot win in an honest and open debate where only truth and absolute facts are presented by both sides.

“But the NYT claims Trump has changed his mind on Global Warming, what gives?”

The MSM is lying, as usual. Not surprising.

Trump's not president of the world.
I'm guessing he could care less about world resistance.

Wishful moonbat thinking... ROTFLMAO!

The 'world' did not wage a victorious climate change war on America. America elected a Leftist hell bent on destroying America, who was all too happy to unequivocally surrender American wealth to the globalist climate change redistribution scam. That which Obama was so happy to give away, the world, is not nor ever will be able to take away. Resistance from the world, my ass! Bring it on - ROTFLMAO!!!!

>He has talked frequently about reneging on the historic Paris global climate treaty the U.S. took a lead in drafting.<

The US is not a signatory to this treaty. I( don’t expect that it ever will be. It’s going the way of Koyto.
