Nope. Not true. Here is the applicable statute in Wisconsin:

Article 17, Section 12. Paragraph b, sub paragraph iii:

Fake ballots not submitted by Dr. Bogus Pachysandra, Mr. Bogus Perissodactyla, Mrs. Bogus Hippopotamus-Amphibius, or Bogus persons of any grey, wrinkly mammalian genus or species, shall be classified according to election law by their last names, and notwithstanding any other provision of this statute only fully Bogus last names shall be so classified. In particular, persons with last names of nasal mucus particles, deceased Academy Award winners, or pilots of enemy airplanes shall not qualify as Bogus voters unless their actual name, at the time of birth or naturalization shall have been "Bogus." Nor shall any person using criminal aliases, nicknames, or other bogus appellations so qualify, even if their proper alias shall have been "Bogus."

Sorry. They're very specific about this in the "Eat Cheese or Die," State.
