President-elect Donald Trump and President Barack Obama have been in regular communication, a top Trump aide said Sunday. Asked on NBC's "Meet the Press" about who Trump was consulting on Cuba policy, senior adviser Kellyanne Conway replied: "He's even been talking to President Obama. You know, beyond the sit-down they had 30 hours or so after President-Elect Trump won the election, they've been talking regularly on any number of issues. They talked just yesterday." Conway said they spoke for about 45 minutes Saturday, but declined to say what else they talked about. Trump enjoys talking with Obama, despite their disagreements, she said.

Picture yourself in Trump’s position. One of the top priorities you would have is to learn.

Trump is smart enough to know that learning doesn’t only come from those with good advice. You can learn a great deal from those closest to the target, even if the quality of their political philosophy is very bad.

I have absolutely no fear that President Trump is acquiring from the boy faggot all the information he needs to operate a successful entry into the Presidency.

You have an attitude problem dude. 99% of the votes he got were based on “trust”. He’s got a lifetime of experience behind him. Not exactly a newbie.

Like it or not, Obama is the President until 01/20/17.

Is this some sort of revelation that an incoming President is talking to the current President, really? LOL

An organization with 500 parts and 22K employees is a “complete absence of performance data”??

Trump enters the presidency with better performance data than any other person I’ve voted for since Reagan. I think Trump beats Reagan in performance data. No doubt about it.

I’m with you. Trump is already making sure Obama feels flattered and relevant. Obama’s already realizing, “I’d rather deal with him than Hillary.” This is a good move. I hope Trump is also spending time with top generals, and the leadership of the National Guard (for reasons, you know.)

What was your analysis of Trump’s chances when he announced his candidacy in June of 2015?

What was your analysis in the August, November, January, March, May, July, September and October that followed?

Trump is getting the Winston Churchill bust back from England and is probably telling Hussein where he is going to place it.

I bet Obama’s talking to Hillary regularly too... plotting her comeback via recounts and Congressional vote. They’re probably busy making big offers to buy-able Congress-critters, county officials in select counties in the 3 recount states, etc.

Look at the data on Trump’s performance.

Look at the data on the performance of those who doubted Trump.

Romney would bring his team into State, and the damage they could do—even just with leaks to the press—could be devastating.

“Look at the data on the performance of those who doubted Trump.”

There should be an entire college level curriculum on this topic. Ivy league universities should be required to offer it.

Actually, Cruz flamed out. She had been running a SuperPAC for him, so was in a position to accept the second time Trump went pursuing her.

Gotta give Trump great props for bringing in both Conway and Bannon. They in a sense “saved” his campaign, which really means he saved his campaign by bringing them in.

The Bannon move, especially, was thinking outside the box, as they say. But Trump was also the first GOP candidate to trust Conway with managing his campaign.

“Trump is a paradigm shift”

That’s exactly right and he’s going to shift the nation back on course.

Yep, there are probably quadruple levels of fronts and intrigue going on on both sides.

You have an attitude problem dude.

***********

No, it’s not an attitude problem. Voting on the basis of hope is fine. That’s not my issue.

Trust is something that is earned over time. Do you not agree with that? And how is patiently waiting to see how things unfold over time a attitude problem?

I supported Trump financially and of course voted for him but don’t understand the urgent need to get ahead of ourselves and declare him trustworthy and a big success yet. Time will tell.

“Ivy league universities should be required to offer it.”

Not only to provide education on Trump’s amazing abilities, but to develop intellectual insight in the minds of people like Bill Kristol, Charles Krauthammer, Evan McMullin, Van Jones, those other people on CNN, the remaining nevertrumpers, and most media heads and university professors.

And to improve the quality of university education.
