Legally, no, conceding means nothing. We have to remember to go back to basics: the Constitution talks only about electors and certain dates.

Clinton is a treacherous, slithering serpent. She can not be reconciled. You always want the serpent to leave in peace but when it keeps returning and lunging, eventually you have to take away its God's Creature card and decapitate it.

She never conceded in her speech. She simply said she congratulated Donald Trump last night. In clintonspeak she did not concede publicly and who knows what happened on the phone.

To the far left, conceding means Trump lost to Clinton and conceded. There is no concept to the far left of the far left losing, let alone conceding.
As long as they draw breath, and George Soros keeps paying (up from $15 per hour pre-election to $30-$70 today), the far left will continue to collect, Jill Stein will continue to collect, “independent” Senator Bernie Sanders will continue to collect. Hilliary Clinton will continue to collect (from a smaller base, now mostly far left university strongholds).
