Agree, except that demographically, the electorate is changing in the Dems favor long term. Each year we bring in 1.1 million legal permanent immigrants, 87% of whom are minorities as defined by the USG. Immigrants and minorities vote more than two to one Dem. Since 1990, 35 million legal permanent immigrants entered the country. We have just had three of the four highest decades of immigration in our history.

Immigrants and their children drive 80% of our population growth. If we don't reduce legal immigration very soon, the Dems will be the permanent majority party within a decade. The Dems have won the popular vote in six out of the last 7 Presidential elections.

That's because California allows illegals to vote. Throw the California votes out, even the Republican votes, and you'll get much closer to parity. Trump has absolutely got to address this. Sanctuary cities need to be bankrupted. Illegals have to be removed from voter roles.

Also, whites are still going to be the single largest voting group for decades to come. Smaller but NOT a minority. When and if they dip below 50%, they'll still be a larger block than blacks or Hispanics, Asians, etc. In this past election, Trump won the white vote and did better with Blacks and Latinos then Romney did.

Agree with you on all the rest.

True immigration reform cannot come fast enough. It is a big reason for my Trump vote.
