Ted Cruz on ABC said it will be very telling if the U.S. sends anybody to Castro’s funeral.
He also expressed your sentiment that “little has changed”: 10,000 political arrests last year, for example. He said very clearly that Obama has strengthened the (Raul) Castro regime.
