Funny stuff. My wife and I had the most remarkable banter for 22 years... lost her to leukemia. I love this post, reminds me of our days together. Good times. Thanks.
It is the lighthearted banter that can make a marriage fun. In our early days , ours could be classified as “male logic vs. raw feminine emotion”.
Now we just have silly fun. You and your wife sound like you had that connection-one that is a blessing and comic relief.
