I believe ALL three states have Republican legislatures so there’s no way they won’t vote!

I haven’t found a single case of a state in the Union not voting in the Electoral College.
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has.

I believe there were several electoral votes disallowed in the 1872 election because they were cast for candidate Horace Greeley, who had lost the election to Ulysses Grant but died anyway after Election Day and before the Electoral College vote. Most of his electors voted for other Democratic candidates, but three of them cast votes for Greeley and Congress nullified them.
