Washington (CNN)Hillary Clinton's campaign said Saturday it will take part in efforts to push for recounts in several key states, joining with Green Party candidate Jill Stein, who has raised millions of dollars to have votes counted again in Wisconsin.
But, in a post on Medium, Marc Elias, the campaign's counsel, said the campaign's own investigation has not uncovered any evidence of hacking of voting systems. In the campaign's most detailed comments to date on the recount, Elias wrote that while the campaign was not going to contest the results itself, it has decided now to take part in the effort to "ensure that it is fair to all sides."

These people just can't suppress their bias. It even manifests itself subconsciously sometimes, as it did in the debate for that "Will you accept the results of the election" question that was only posed to Donald Trump...

This simply isn’t just recounting; it involves voter intent. If a voter on a ballot marked mostly Democrats, but yet, voted for Republican for President, then that ballot can be questioned on voter intent. That voter probably made a mistake and meant the vote for President, to be Democrat.
Also, in PA, they have no paper trail, so they will only be able to analyze computer printouts. They do need a court order for recount.
I really believe the goal is to not make the deadline, EV in those states voided, forcing vote in house and Senate. Let’s not forget, people can be bought for a vote in House and Senate or even black-mailed.
I said from day one of election win for Trump, not to rest easy until Inauguration. Never ever trust the Dems- they are ruthless and cunning- and the CF promised many donors lot of things and if she didn’t win, hell to pay.
This isn’t about Hillary it’s about what she sold of our country to her donors and they are going to want payment.
This is about EV and not meeting the Dec 13th Federal deadline- if votes not finished in recount, that state loses it’s EV. This is what they are doing and hoping for. If all 3 states lose RV, Trump gets 260 and then it is forced vote via House where each state gets 1 vote.
They know this! They don’t care about the recounts. It’s all about deadline of 12/13 and voiding EV VOTES.

If the re-count cannot be completed by the time specified for certification in the constitution (12/13), then the state legislature is empowered to appoint its own slate of electors to vote in the Electoral College (12/19).
Given that both houses of the legislature in all three states are controlled by Republicans, Trump will not be denied any EVs.

If no candidate receives a majority of Electoral votes, the House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most Electoral votes. Each state delegation has one vote. The Senate would elect the Vice President from the 2 Vice Presidential candidates with the most Electoral votes. Each Senator would cast one vote for Vice President. If the House of Representatives fails to elect a President by Inauguration Day, the Vice-President Elect serves as acting President until the deadlock is resolved in the House.

And too bad for Trump not coming back and saying “ Chris, ask Hillary the same question”. I was screaming at TV for him to do this. But he didn’t.
My point is: We won't get to that.

Delaying tactic so the Electoral College won’t be able to meet on 12/19 and cast their ballots. At least the EC votes from those 3 states would be “unavailable”. To me, if the count can’t be completed by that date then the current vote should stand. I thought I read one of the states will require mz, stein to go to court to get a recount kicked off. PA I think.

The vote count wasn’t prone to tampering during election day and the actual canvassing because they actually thought they had a lock on the win so the impetus wasn’t there or planned for.
Now, two weeks later. An Odd time to call for a recount. Odd because Jill Stein lost by over 40%. Even in the wildest dreams of election rigging, she has no chance of winning.
So I agree. They picked right up against the deadline to file so that they can either arranged for extra Hillary votes to be found or arranged for Trump votes to be lost and/or to void the EC from those states.
Though I hear in case they can’t finish in time, the original certified results are used — this from a freeper. However I’ve also read otherwise from some news regurgitator.
Sad to think that the election can be overturned or diminished because of progressive spite.

The Electoral College WILL meet on 12/19, as specifie by the constitution.

The Clintons are still trying to squeeze more money out of their deluded followers, even though they know this effort is DOA. Any money raised by the Clintons will no doubt go to the lawyers who will be defending them against the Judicial Watch suits of the Clinton Foundation pau-to-play.
Democrats are attempting to make the case Trump stole the election. It’s a lie but it’s the ‘democrat way’: short term thinking with only enough effort put into it to fool ‘the press’.
That’s close to ‘no effort’, but there’s a side benefit for liberals - shaking the ‘elite’ money tree. They know there’s no ‘fraud’ on our part... that’s a dem thing.
The nice thing for us is this opens the door for the brain dead MSM to consider the possibility voter fraud. Camel’s nose under the tent and all... it might be a good thing.
