No. That was the intended subject of the Tweet, but an insider included the other info as a clue for folks where to look for connections.

So here were the Podesta brothers on that evening?
Someone at the embassy is following pizzagate and twittergate. Period. And they are in Portugal so you know they are (even briefly if their bosses later delete the tweet) focusing on the McCann kidnapping. And the number one focus connecting them is the Podestas, who may have stayed with their convicted pedophile friend living in that same town, just a mile or so away from the McCann vacation place.
