In other words, WI is being forced to waste time and money recounting the vote in the state for essentially no justifiable reason other than liberal paranoia over possible hacking/vote fraud.

Wisconsin may be wasting time, but they aren’t wasting money. The challenger has to pay the cost of the recount.
Canvassers get paid out of the $ the challenger pays up font. Quite a boon to those working the elections.
Our county is already recounting due to a state legislature race with a 56-vote margin.

There is no liberal paranoia over possible hacking/voter fraud since they know whatever there is was rigged by them. The reason for the recount is a fishing expedition in order to generate more fraudulent ballots.
