There is a plan in place and this is part of it. I doubt they’d start this without a script in place and all the players know their lines.

They may have boxes of ballots and two judges ready to go.

I did some real math this time. It looks like Trump won WI by 27,000.

Per the WI Elections page it's a bit over 22,000. Michigan certified their numbers and Trump's lead went from about 13k to 11k. As others have said, it is virtually inconceivable to flip 10k+ leads without cheating.

The Wisconsin Election Commission would have egg on its face if the recount was way off. The system would have failed. They won’t let that happen.

Once thing for sure, though — Liberal tears are soon to taste twice as sweet!

When this gets resolved in Trump’s favor, all talk (and thought) about pardoning, or not prosecuting Hillary needs to stop.

Here you go - the official process for the recount. Everything has to be done by Dec. 13th to all Electoral votes on the 19th. After the recount, a candidate has 5 days to file an objection to the results. This will be interesting to say the least. Assuming WI doesn't change, then that will solidify Trump's win. Period.

The only requirement is that the candidate pays for it. It can’t be refused on any other basis.

Actually, it looks like any party can also object to the recount itself and present evidence (such as a lead of a wide margin) and from what it appears, each election unit can make a finding of fact based upon that evidence. So, for example, Hillary's campaign could object (there's no way that there's a million votes sitting around which would give Jill Stein the victory and this is just a waste of time) and each body could make a determination (yes, there's no way that any number of recounts would make Jill Stein the victor and this is just a huge waste of time.)

What appears to be absent would be a state level decision of that type; the way it is written all objections must be made with the body doing each recount.

If appellant prevails, the bond is refunded.

So to get a refund Stein would have to end up winning, not any other candidate? So no one expects a refund? Really smells.

But they want to do the same with Michigan and Pennsylvania.

It only depends on whether the judges hearing the case were appointed by Republicans or Democrats.

Trump has won. The recounts pose no danger. It’s over.

WI has 10 electoral votes, they can recount there until the world ends and Trump will still be the winner.

But Jill wants recounts in Michigan and Pennsylvania, too. I want to now why Jill insists on being Hillary's proxy in all this. That's the person who stands to gain if Party D print-out-the-vote and steal it.

I’m going by the letter sent from the Elections Supervisor. He says if Stein pays, the recount is on:

She would have to have all 3 states reversed PA MI and WI in order to change the winner of the election.
PA-20
MI-16
WI-10

The thing to watch is if Democratic activist come out of the woodwork to insert themselves into the process. Like they did in Florida in 2000.

Umm, no :-)

270 is the threshold. They need to get H 38 more votes. WI plus MI plus PA flipping would flip the election.

If they succeed (it will be vote fraud if they do, guaranteed), the Republic is finished

Since Russia has a price on his head, Trump should simply extradite him. Besides getting rid of a POS capo, Trump would improve his relations with Putin.
