Stein isn’t concerned about vote fraud, she’s a closet HRC supporter. This is about trying to keep Trump out of the White House. Anyone with an IQ above 72 can see that.

So what? even if he lost Wisconsin he would still win.. what am I missing here? It's not about overturning the election (they know that's a lost cause). It's about sowing doubt in the minds of the democrat base in the legitimacy of the Trump presidency. I think what they are really hoping is the Board of Elections will tell them to go pound sand (recounts aren't automatic, even if they offer to pay for them). Then they can scream, "They're hiding something!". Of course if there is a recount and it shows no major discrepancies, then the argument will morph into, "Well a recount wouldn't detect voting machine fraud because it is just recounting the same fraudulent votes."

As I read it, anyone can request a recount if they submit the filing fee. Doesn’t mean it will be granted, but it can be requested.
