The next Democratic National Committee leader needs to reflect the diversity of America, said Symone Sanders, former press secretary for Bernie Sanders' presidential campaign and a CNN contributor. "In my opinion, we don't need white people leading the Democratic Party right now," she told CNN's Brianna Keilar Wednesday on "Wolf."
"The Democratic Party is diverse, and it should be reflected as so in our leadership and throughout the staff at the highest levels from the vice chairs to the secretaries all the way down to the people working in the offices at the DNC," Sanders added

Yup. These white elitists think they’re protected from the rubes they rule. Forget it. Blacks and Hispanics will not take a back seat anymore in the Democrat Party leadership. A number of white Democrats voted for Trump in those Rust Belt states. If Trump has a successful presidency, and brings jobs and industry back to that area, the Democrats power will be relegated to the Pacific coast and the northeast. Democrats still need a number of white voters to stay in power, but treating them like dirt won’t help them. If they pick Keith Ellison as the DNC chairman they’re toast as a party for a good long time.

The real Democrat crackup will come when the Hispanics realize that they don't need the black vote, and that the black lobby and its radical wing are impediments, not assets.
