The kid is ten years old so this conversation seems more than a bit creepy - but the Constitution doesn’t bar him from being elected President. He’s a citizen by birth and his mother’s citizenship is irrelevant.

Yes she was, his other three eldest children’s mother, Ivana, was not a citizen at their births.

Born in Slovenia, Melania became a permanent resident of the United States in 2001 and a citizen in 2006. So if her citizenship was before March 20th,2006 Melania was a citizen when Baron was born. Be that as it may, IMHO dynasties are a bad fit for America.

Barron Trump was born in NYC and as such, has always been a US citizen by and from birth. He has never needed naturalization, per the USC title 8 Section 1401 subsection A. Thus he is naturally born a US Citizen and qualifies as NBC.
