What the heck does that mean? Never heard this one before.

Emily screwed up. If some are ‘lawfully present’ then some must be ‘unlawfully present’. I’ll take that. So instead of illegal immigrants they’re ‘unlawfully present immigrants’. I’ll use that phrase from now on.
