FDR's new deal is socialism/communism , SSI is government control and redistribution. Where in the Constitution are all of FDR's socialist centralized federal programs allowed?
Learn to read first I think. then read the constitution and basic definitions of socialism communism and capitalism.

They control, public "education"...higher "education"...the "media"...most "entertainment"...all government bureaucracies...virtually all private sector unions...all public sector unions...the queer movement...the "women's" movement, the "environmental" movement...the "anti-war" movement...the hippie movement...many churches...the single mom movement etc etc etc.
