On July 8, 2016, 27 year-old Democratic staffer Seth Conrad Rich was murdered in Washington DC. The killer or killers took nothing from their victim, leaving behind his wallet, watch and phone.
Shortly after the killing, Redditors and social media users were pursuing a “lead” saying that Rich was en route to the FBI the morning of his murder, apparently intending to speak to special agents about an “ongoing court case” possibly involving the Clinton family.
Seth Rich’s father Joel told reporters, “If it was a robbery — it failed because he still has his watch, he still has his money — he still has his credit cards, still had his phone so it was a wasted effort except we lost a life.”
It’s likely that Obama doesn’t even know the extent of evil of the Clintons. If it all comes out after she’s pardoned, he’s going to look like an accomplice.
Absolutely. There are dangers in Hillary accepting a pardon. I’d bet there are too many dangers for Hillary to accept a pardon even if offered.
Accepting a pardon removes 5th Amendment rights (that was the subject of the Burdick case). Pardons do not apply to misleading or lying to Congress or the FBI after the pardon date.
Pardons do have to apply to specific dates, and by past practice, include generally restricting the crimes that would be covered.

As for this murder - we all know deep down what happened here, and why this guy was killed.
But rest assured, it will go nowhere, and will just remain another conspiracy theory.
If the Clinton Foundation is nothing more that the money-laundering operation for the SOS's brides, can Obama pardon Hillary and Bill without them surrendering all the proceeds? Holding the proceeds from illegal activities is a crime itself and one which continues. Obama can only issue a pardon for past crimes but unless the continuing crime has ceased, no pardon is possible.
The questions you bring up are probably why Hillary and Bill can’t accept pardons related to the Foundation. Since half of DC is on the take from the same ‘donors’, they are making a pretty safe bet that no one is going to prosecute them for ‘pay to play’.
I believe any pardon would be for Hillary connected to her classified info violations.

I think you know that the preface, "GOOGLE is your friend...", is a smartass preface. And, given that the second half of your second post to me is incoherent, I do take some comfort, considering the source.
But, to the main point, I was truly interested in the "hot mic" assertion and, following your Google advice, found nothing of the sort. Instead I found statements that I'd heard before, that individuals backstage had been quoted to have said that they either heard or heard someone else say, etc.
And then, as to the item I addressed in my post, that I'd heard nothing of the sort "two weeks prior to the election", as your post suggested. Instead, my impression is that it was at least two months prior.
So, my desire to hear the noose comment from her wretched lips was sincere.

Had thought that the software Rich developed to get voters to vote at the nearest precinct would be useful innocent software. Suppose though that programs were put in to get people to find multiple locations so that they could vote multiple times. Knowledge of something like that would be something that the Democrats would want to keep secret.

the DNC was sending the Bernie people to places that were closed on purpose. Wasn’t telling them the right place thinking they’d just give up and not vote.
Meanwhile, the accurate info of where to vote was on the HRC website or shared directly with her people.
