Duh, the theory cited by the "experts" in this article is ludicrous. So Clinton allegedly did 7% better with voters who used paper ballots, rather than voting machines.

But farther down in the piece, it's noted that the paper ballot voters were in metropolitan areas, and machine voters were in more rural areas. Mystery explained.

So Hillary did better with some voters than with others.

It doesn’t change the outcome.

The rest is grasping at straws.
