Thanks for clearing this up. Trump knows that he has not been officially elected President yet, and is playing it really cool until that day (other than showing his hand to us a bit with Sessions and Bannon).
As far as electors go, what’s happening, from what I read elsewhere, is that some of Hillary’s electors aren’t going to cast a futile vote for that beast on the hope they can ‘set a precedent’ to peel off some of the Trump electors. As I understand it, only one of Trump’s electors has waivered (a clown from Austin, and that was reported months ago), and that’s it so far - and Trump refuses to give them any new reason to waiver...so Trump is carefully gliding in to the big job.
