Before I saw this thread, I would have bet dollars to donuts that the Obama Foundation will be created when it receives its first donation from the Clinton Foundation (thereby securing a pardon from O'Kenyan).
But, if the Trump administration won't pursue charges, there is no need for that seed money to change hands.
... Or, perhaps this breaking news from the Trump administration is intended to persuade Obama there's no need to embarrass himself and Hillary with a pardon... Then, on January 20 at noon, the Trump DOJ can open its investigation and bring her to justice!

You sure can because I've been doing a lot of that type dreaming. In one of them my neighbors quit throwing their ebt card purchased food wrappers and fast food bags on the street. And they quit burning their mattresses in their back yard too.
