Kellyanne Conway Confirms Trump ‘Doesn’t Wish to Pursue’ Hillary Charges
Breitbart ^ | 22 Nov 2016 | Jeff Poor

Posted on 11/22/2016 9:52:12 AM PST by detective

Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Trump spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway confirmed the show’s earlier report that the incoming Trump administration will not pursue charges against his general election opponent Hillary Clinton for her use of an unauthorized email server while secretary of state and on any of the alleged wrongdoing involving her and her family’s charitable organization the Clinton Foundation.

According to Conway, Clinton still faces a challenge in rebuilding her own image and suggested this was part of Trump helping the former first lady “heal."

If she’s able she’ll run in 2020. At that point it will be impossible to go after her.

Everybody's angst here is premature.

I suspect Trump is calling Obama's bluff with regard to the pardon. Almost certainly Obama would pardon her if the Trump Administration vowed to prosecute her. Now he's in a tight spot. Genius move.

Well, well, well! Guess what?

Sounds like the “special people” club are taking actions to protect other “special people” from reaping the benefits of doing illegal things.

Their credo is “you scratch my back...I’ll scratch your back!” The rich and famous live by this credo.

If Trump really stated he would not pursue Hillary’s criminal conviction I’m sorry I voted for him, for he’s a “member of the special people club” and is above both the law and the “little people.”

I have to say that Kellyanne Conway an the Trump staff has to stop using the word “fairness”. Fairness, balance and centrist are all bad words to describe the press. Kellyanne looks like a baby when she asks for fairness. What she should be asking the press for is honesty, journalism, and respect for the viewers/readers.

The press has clearly lost respect for the American people. Trump is the champion of the middle class. So, its right for him to point out that the press no longer cares about their audience. They are just trying to persuade, not inform their audience. When Joe American and his wife turn on the news. They want honesty. They want to be informed. And they get angry when they are being used, when they are being manipulated.

So, Kellyanne if you are listening. The word “Fairness” is out. Fairness sounds like its all about Trump. Honesty, Journalism and respect for the audience. Trump does not mind a tough reporter. But he can’t stand a liar.

“Maybe, just maybe we are finally headed back in the right direction”

we are headed in a very wrong direction, reinforcing the belief that those well connected do not need to obey the law, and escape the consequences of their criminal activity.

we could hope that he will still go after the crooked Clinton Foundation?

wasn’t there some navy seaman recently severely punished for taking photos on a sub. why should Hillary skate while our military are punished? Trump better pardon these military men, as he seems to becoming like every other elected politician: say one thing to get elected and then do another once in office. i for one am sad to see Trump doing this, and pray that it doesn’t portend him saying that we can’t deport these illegals because it would break up families.

i’m sure that behind the scenes friends of Hilliary are suggesting that Hillary is extremely ill; so, that is what happens when you spend your whole life attacking others for your own personal gain and ascendancy. if she was so ill, why didn’t she acknowledge this during the campaign, and drop out of the race? because she cannot tell the truth.

and can Trump trust and believe those who are promoting this healing meme? maybe her health issues relate to her over fondness for fermented beverages. if she is really so ill, then why isn’t she being treated at a clinic or hospital?

At the debate, DJT said, “I didn’t think I’d say this but I’m going to say it, and I hate to say it, but if I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation because there has never been so many lies, so much deception, there has never been anything like it and we’re going to have a special prosecutor,”..... I expect him to do it!

Good God!

Is there no betrayal, no grotesquerie which you Trump Botts will not excuse?

Do you not see that this makes Trump no different than Obama, Comey or Lynch? Trump no less than these three Democrats is obstructing justice for political gains, according to your own reply.

Is this your idea of how to drain the swamp?

I have no doubt that Ted Cruz, in Trump's place, would not have sold out like this.

If I were elected President in a contentious election:

1. Immediately after the election I would congratulate my opponent, and start meeting with folks from both sides of the aisle.

2. I would make conciliatory noises and when asked about the more “controversial” aspects of my campaign, I would say I was “reviewing my options” and/or “thinking them over”.

3. After the Electoral College has voted I would start naming my cabinet - and they would be serious conservatives.

4. Once I had taken the oath of office, I would govern exactly as I had promised during the campaign.

I am willing to bet that Trump will be doing 1, 2 and 4. He is foolish for not doing number 3.

Obviously Trump does not want this to be an issue. So Kellyanne and Trump are downplaying it. But if the FBI has a lot more than we know, then there will be no hodling them back.

Also, if you want to indict Hillary, you would have to say that you won’t do it. So Obama does not pardon her. If Trump suggested he will go after her, Obama will certainly pardon her. And he would make it seem that Trump could never be fair.

I really want Obama to pardon the IRS people. Because that would be an admission of guilt. And if they don’t get a pardon Trump should go after them.

Please, Ted Cruz would've walked away with it as would any one of a half-dozen Republican candidates. The world was looking for virtually any excuse to avoid voting for Hillary who was a notorious felon and an inveterate liar.

If you disagree, tell me who had coattails in Florida North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and even in New Hampshire?

Now tell me what the moral difference between the Obama administration' s prosecution of Hillary Clinton and Trump's? You better be creative because there is no practical difference.

Skip the email stuff and go after their slush fund (err...charity).

Will have the same end effect but it can be disconnected from what was brought up during the campaigning.

I do not give a darn (please substitute darn for the hard word) about that old communist hag.

I do not want political capital wasted on the old communist hag!

It is the wall, policy over the old communist hag.

Clinton foundation is still under investigation.

I am proud to be a Trumpiteer. You can take your righteousness and get outta the way.

President Trump would not do this, unless he’s become apprised of information that makes prosecuting Hillary a moot point.

If, for instance, he’s discovered that she has only six months left to live, he might choose to call off the dogs, in order to spare the nation from a process that will most assuredly create even deeper divisions amongst us.

Perhaps he’s discovered details about her and Slick’s relationships with world class baddies, that indicates to him that the Clintons are about to be punished far worse than anything U.S. justice could mete out.

Maybe he’s discovered that the rabbit hole goes much, much deeper than any of us have imagined, and that the Clintons are actually minor players in a much bigger game.

The true scale and depth of the rot and corruption may go so deep, that he’s being forced to make this choice as a strategic move, in order to successfully wage an even greater battle after he’s sworn in.

Whatever’s going on, we’re not even seeing the tip of the iceberg.

Have to agree with Nathan here, unfortunately Trump is establishment, he has donated to the Clintons in the past, he likes government cronyism, at some point even the most deluded Trumper is going to realize this.
