I’m not getting the relevance of you not finding find the graphic, t-shirt or design on facebook.
Let’s use some logic: These guys are standing outside L’enfant Cafe & Bar. The guys without shirts are wearing grimy rugby shorts. It’s highly likely that this was taken at a rugby after-party, and, the t-shirt was specially made.
Not to mention the name of the guy who laid out DC, a downtown plaza, a Metro stop and at least a dozen businesses.
