Yet another judge has ruled against the IRS over its unconstitutional targeting of conservative and tea party groups based on their political views. [ ]
Judge Michael R. Barrett wrote in his decision that the Texas Patriots tea party group had made a strong showing of a likelihood of success on its claim that its free speech rights were violated by the IRS lengthy delay in processing its application. The evidence strongly suggests that the IRS initiated the delay because the Texas group was affiliated with the tea party, the judge wrote. [ ]
Moreover, in documents recently unearthed by Judicial Watch, a top Obama IRS official admitted it targeted groups based on guilt by association. Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, which is counsel to the Texas Patriots, says Were getting document after document showing the IRS both in Washington and Cincinnati knew that [IRS employees] were doing things outside the rules
they were asking inappropriate questions based on guilt by association or party affiliations.

I'm at home this week and not at a hotel, so I missed that.
I’ve always deliberately avoided that when staying at hotels, myself.
Any company that names itself after a fish-eating seabird that looks like a small albatross can’t be all that smart.
And they did it all at the behest and orders of the snake in the white hut. People need to lose their jobs and go to jail.
Appears to me this was a civil rights violation.
I hope that those responsible end up going to jail. I no that it was collusion between neoconservatives in the house and senate and Barak Obama in the white house. that allowed political operatives to go after the tea party.
The IRS squashed the Tea Party for the Dems and they still lost big.

It is estimated that the interference in IRS groups organizing in 2012 was enough to prevent Romney from winning.
I forgot. The Tea Party rose up in 2010 but couldn’t get any traction.
