-Trump’s press secretary needs to fight the media. They should devote part of each session with the press reviewing many of the and smear jobs by the MSM. They might want to invite in conservative talk show hosts as guest speakers to have “conversations with the media.”

Forget that...take away their press credentials. They're going to make up news anyways so make them outsiders. Let the conservative press "be" the only place where news is disseminated.

This is an approach I suggested back in 1992 when the media propaganda machine stole the election from George HW Bush. Unfortunately our side doesn't seem to be able to either use good sense or unite in anything that might be effective.
