Yeppers.

Though I’d be happy if they allowed that incidental hybridization of GM foods with unmodified were classed an “Act of God” denying companies like Monsanto the ability to sue if the wind or bees carry pollin from fields grown their produce to other farms.

I’d even like, given that non GM food has a peculiar market value of its own, that farmers should be able to sue Monsanto for not taking steps to better prevent contamination of natural strains.
