Don’t expect Trump to stop ranting on Twitter
NYPOST ^ | 11/21/16 | li

Donald Trump won’t stop combative, round-the-clock tweeting because it’s the president-elect’s way of taking “his message directly to the people,” a top aide said Monday. Trump was widely mocked over the weekend for lashing out on social media against “Hamilton” and “Saturday Night Live,”

Apparently you fail to grasp why exactly he won. Being an outsider and saying what he wants and what we think are why many were drawn to him. The little Broadway limp wrist needed the be smacked upside the head and is paying a price for his childish actions. Kudos to Trump. You can take your genteel manners right to the election of a Democrat in 2020.

“Taking your message to the people” is one thing. Complaining about how Hamilton and Saturday Night Live are being mean to you or your vice-president are another.”

Have you forgotten that the communist left dominates most public institutions; entertainment news, colleges, and the government bureaucracy? They have been using these institutions to shame, humiliate, control, and punish tradional Americans for decades. These scum need to be fought in any way possible and as publically as possible.

I wouldn’t be surprised if under Trump, the DOJ starts pursuing businesses institutions, and governments that punish people for their patriotic opinions and party registration.

The media calls several Tweets a rant. I wonder what they would call a real rant.

I have good grasp of why DJT won, and yes, being an outsider was a huge part of it. But outsiders can be civil, too. The best art, as you know, is telling someone to go to hell and have them enjoy the trip. The limp wrists can be smacked, but that’s a job for his surrogates; he needs to ride above the fray, even if he’s directing the responses.

Trump's tweets about the media keep them occupied, while he does the more important work that we need done.

I agree with you. I love seeing him use Twitter to get his message out, but he needs to get over his New York celebrity jackass mindset ASAP. He won this election by appealing to voters all over America who really don’t give a f#%& about Broadway shows and Saturday Night Live.

I love her. Maybe it’s “beneath” her qualifications, but I wish she’d stay on as press secretary. There’s no one better.

If one of my employees posted a Twitter message like that, I'd fire him.

Not because I disagree with the message, but because it is infantile to spend any time dealing with something so inconsequential, and because the message reads like something I would expect to see from an adolescent girl who didn't get the main role in the school play.

“Haven’t watched SNL since the Palin days anyway. Not gonna start now. I couldn’t care less about a play with a bunch of fags telling Pence what to do, and I ain’t getting near anyone selling tickets.”

Me neither. SNL blows- totally not funny, & I could not name a single person on the show.

Better than those televised fireside chats that fdr had in 29 or was it 39? I’m not as up on my US history as the professional fool and plagiarist joey biden.

Waiting for him to do a little ranting about #twittergate and #pizzagate on Twitter.

They probably wouldn’t delete Trump’s account for support Trump... yet.

He hosted SNL, I watched that one. Was painfully unfunny, rather saw my arm off.

Should have voted for Jeb then.

You know, so you can just complain that the guy is just sitting there and taking it like his brother.

Well, when you run a successful campaign for president I will put more stock in you opinion.

And i have to say it would be extremely jerky to fire an employee over a tweet.

“He won this election by appealing to voters all over America who really don’t give a f#%& about Broadway shows and Saturday Night Live.”

Then you dont understand the voters that put him there.

You want a president that shuts up and lets these freaks walk over him, then you want GW Bush.

I don’t understand the voters who put him there? LOL. Donald Trump is the first and only political candidate who ever got financial support from me, so I know exactly what got him there.

While he’s president, he won’t use his Twitter account for small things, but he’ll use it when the media is attacking his admin over some policy or appointment. He won’t complain about someone saying something about him on an appearance on cable etc. I also agree with the poster who said that having Rush on AM isn’t enough. Radio hosts haven’t helped the Republicans lately.

Sending a Twitter message about what was shown on SNL is like sending a Twitter message about the piece of gum stuck on the bottom of your shoe. What kind of moron would give a f#&% about it?
