Other than a brief uptick following the Rodney King case, race riots were a thing of the past for decades until Obama took office and started egging them on. Even Bill Clinton wasn't stupid or depraved enough to encourage the LA riots, while Obama has stoked the flames with his encouragement of BlackLivesMatter in Baltimore, St. Louis, etc.
