I’ve never noticed any benefit on blood sugar due to cinnamon. What things actually do compared to what the literatire says is often two dofferent things. Cinnamon actually does inhibit yeast growth which is beneficial to diabetics. Tje cunin did nothing to thwart the heat on the tummy from the taco meat I cooked tonight. And tumeric did absolutely NADA for infection my husband had years ago. He used it topically as well as internally...used medicinal recipes. Honey...raw, unfiltered DID heal up diabetic ulcers on his feet.

He had been receiving wound care from a wound care facility to no avail. Out of frustration we began to use the honey and his feet actually healed up.

I love using herbs when possible, but over the years I’ve also learned that they aren’t all they’re cracked up to be. I think some of it is placebo affect.
