It should be a felony to even contact them.
This is a very important responsibility, and there should be no outside interference.
The elector has to answer to only the law and his own conscience until he has cast his electoral vote.
Then, if he/she hasn’t acted in abidance of the law, the overseers of the law should take care of it.
Individuals should stay out of it.
