As I said to another person, I’m not in favor of hauling the U.S. Constitution out to be amended.

I don’t trust our leaders with that document..., at all!

In a convention of the states works various amendments are debated, then, if selected, voted on by the convention, if passed then must be ratified by 3/4 (38)of the states legislative bodies or by 3/4 (38) individual state conventions.

The Constitution does not allow for any amendment that would eliminate the Constitution.
