Thanks goodness that Immigration and Nationality Act doesn't hold water as far as who a "natural Born Citizen" is...cause if it did, that would mean Congress has the power to determine the definition and could/would change it any time they liked.

We are very fortunate the framers we smarter than that.

Meh, “natural born citizen” is a term relevant only for the Presidency, and nothing else, certainly not for cabinet posts, which have no citizenship requirements at all. Cruz could be the Prime Minister of Canada and still hold a cabinet post (though he probably wouldn’t get through Senate confirmation!).
