SMH, he is a citizen. The debate was over whether he qualified as Natural Born, not Naturalized, Citizen. Even as “only” a Naturalized Citizen, he is qualified for any political office or appointment in the US, other than President. He MIGHT not be qualified to be President, although I would enjoy the debate, and would support him without hesitation. But only an absolute moron would believe that he can’t hold political office in the US. He already holds a Senate seat, and was Solicitor General for Texas.
You didn’t understand what I was saying:
Hillary would use what I said to disqualify him...get it now???
Why the sealed records? Why? For what purpose?
Have you seen the documents showing his citizenship? I don’t think anyone has. Maybe you have, what do they show?
There’s nothing to debate, teach. We’ve listened to you folks for months as you tried to square this circle.
Cruz was born in Canada. Arturo is not eligible to run for president. Anyone who can’t figure out what the phrase “natural born citizen” means is hopelessly delusional.
This is the main reason many of us are concerned with him putting on robes, if he can’t seem to understand the plain wording and meaning of Article 2.
Cruz as well has demonstrated over the last several months that he isn’t qualified to hold public office. Like Hillary Clinton circa `74 being called a liar and unethical by her boss, `Ted’ isn’t discouraged by his mortification and apparently wants to press on in public life.
If Trump has a job for him, maybe sweeping up around the offices, good for Ted.
But Felito really should retire to Lubbock, or Thunder Bay, and partner-up with Saul Goodman. He could have his fat, oily countenance depicted on bus stop benches: “Slow credit? NO credit ... ? No problem!”. DWI, traffic cases, personal injury. That’s Ted’s level of competence.
“Even as only a Naturalized Citizen, he is qualified for any political office or appointment in the US, other than President.”
Actually, he doesn’t even have to be a citizen at all to qualify for a cabinet post, since there are no citizenship requirements at all for such positions.
So the entire argument is completely pointless.
