There have been a lot of crazy reactions from the democrats now that Donald Trump has won the presidency but none as insane as this one from US Representative Luis Gutierrez. The ****-talking homeboy from Illinois is threatening to go to war with Trump, ICE, DHS, and the entire federal government if the next president dares to enforce our country's immigration laws by deporting illegal aliens. Did I say insane? I meant treasonous.
Gutierrez held a press conference with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel to announce that the city has crisis counselors for any residents who are feeling uneasy by Trump's election. I'm not making this up. That was the actual purpose of the presser.
"I want to make it absolutely clear the dream community and to those who feel a sense of hopelessness and despair - you have a community of Americans with you. The majority of Americans with you," started Gutierrez.
I'd like for Gutierrez to prove that the majority of Americans believe illegal aliens should be granted amnesty, but he's a democrat so he doesn't have to back up his bull**** with facts.
Then, according to The Chicago Sun-Times, this was said:
"If Trump dares to revoke Obama's DACA executive order, Gutierrez said he will consider it a "declaration of war." He pledged to not allow immigration reform to go forward "on the backs of" Dreamers.
If Gutierrez considers Trump rescinding Obama's executive order that granted amnesty to nearly 1 million illegal aliens a declaration of war, then that means he is ready to go to war with the President of the United States. That's pretty bad, but it's worse that he's also willing to fight the US government on behalf of people who are not citizens of this country and have no right to be here.
Good, let’s have it. Some of us Texans are just that sick of you liberals. Gather your meager arms, Design your flag, order up your uniforms, and let’s have it.

Defying the laws or cherry-picking the ones you want to obey is another reason why the Dems took such a shellacking in this election. Taxpayers are sick of this behavior
IF cities or states want to retain their ‘Sanctuary City status-—which is certainly something that hasn’t been in place very long—then as an accounting person, I advise them to take a VERY LONG look at the various kinds of income they use in their budgets that comes from the FEDS.
Schools—Roads-—Welfare—Justice—all kinds of categories.
IF they cannot get that income because they keep wishing to have ‘sanctuary cities’, then they will have to cut their services drastically or raise taxes on the legal citizens who are taxpayers.
They have painted themselves into a very dark corner & I am enjoying their discomfort.
You can’t fix STUPID....
However-—if they want a war, I don’t think they will like that outcome, either.

Well probably evil to include New York in list with Chicago & Los Angeles. LA is a MUCH truer cesspole; having lived in LA County for a few years, I can verify that.
My thoughts exactly. Congress has the power to remove its own members for misconduct. I think treason meets the Constitutional criteria.
Once Trump is sworn in, the rules change. The Feebs are going to be quite busy with Gutierrez' files.

We need to find out where this old boy really hangs hit hat. If he wants a war we should give him one.
This is why I hope Trump has the gonads to see this through. It will be war not doubt about it. I even worry what happens at the border when construction begins on the wall. Could we see Hispanic and/or liberals groups sitting in front of bulldozers? Can states like CA try to keep out contractors from their state? Do they have any legal or constitutional weapons to forestall wall building?
