Ted Cruz has not spoken out, if I recall, on the necessity to investigate and prosecute the Clinton’s. In other words, he has not shown prejudice in the Clinton case.

That is a major problem with selecting Giuliani to be the Attorney General. Giuliani has frequently spoken out on a Clionton prosecution and on their guilt.

A Cruz appointment would tell me that Trump intends that investigation to go forward, and that he intends to heal the divide between his wing and the Cruz wing.

Ted Cruz is brilliant, Scotus trained at the feet of Rehnquist, and fully identified as capable when Solicitor General of Texas.

I would fully support Cruz as AG.

He didn’t win all those cases at SCOTUS, you know. And one of them was dubious on its face as a matter of justice, with Cruz on the unjust side in the opinion of many.
