The racism charge no longer has any cachet for me. If someone calls me a racist, I smile and nod vigorously.

Exactly and I’ve said as much to my family and those who insist with the racism narrative. I no longer fear the label because they’ve gone to the well too many times.

Exactly, and it has for a long time. I remember when I was in college in the 90’s when this PC crap started and I said the same thing then. Call me insensitive, racist, bigot, whatever I will never let someone else dictate what words I can use, or what they mean, or care what they choose to call me. I will speak the truth and if they want to throw down, then so be it.
