Rudy would jail too many Democrats, so they would filibuster his nomination.
The Senate should do what Harry Reid did and make it a simple majority vote.

Probably because more than a few of those Republicans are afraid they are going to end up on the wrong end of one of Rudy's investigations. DC corruption appears to be totally bi-partisan.

Perhaps it has been decided not to prosecute Hillary and Guliani has been too vocal about doing it.
