I believe the first international head of state to call Trump & congratulate him was Egypt’s General Sisi. He knows all about the “Brotherhood” & I’m sure he was thrilled to see Trump replace Barack Hussein Obrotherhood.
I think many foreign leaders were secretly hoping Trump would win but they could not voice this, especially if they had to deal with a President Hillary.
