His actions have knowingly created violence to change politics in America in favor of hostile-to-us countries. That’s called Treason and is a capital offense.
Article III, SECTION. 3.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
You should notice:
1) The word “politics” cannot be found anywhere in the definition.
2) Lynching of those found guilty of treason is not mentioned.
