Film director and writer Paul Schrader, who used to be somebody many years ago in Hollywood, has taken to Facebook to call for "violent resistance" to protest the election of Donald Trump. Actually, the keyboard guerilla has gone to the extent of claiming to be willing to take up arms. Schrader claims to be enraged by "alt.right nut jobs" but as you can see in his Friday (ironically Veteran's Day) Facebook post, Schrader is obviously living out his violent fantasies in an alt.world:
I have spent the last five days meditating on Trump's election. Upon consideration, I believe this is a call to violence. I felt the call to violence in the 60's and I feel it now again. This attack on liberty and tolerance will not be solved by appeasement. Obama tried that for eight years. We should finance those who support violence resistance. We should be willing to take arms. Like Old John Brown, I am willing to battle with my children. Alt right nut jobs swagger violence. It's time to actualize that violence, Like by Civil War Michigan predecessors I choose to stand with the black, the brown and the oppressed.

My prediction: This Hollywood leftist pussy will do exactly nothing but talk sh*t. If he makes the mistake of talking his sh*t to the wrong person he may get his dental implants loosened, but that’s his fault.

I got confused when the article said he was a good keyboard player. Good, cuz I liked Schaefer.
Should be investigated. If true, he should be tried and jailed for Life for Sedition and Inciting to Riot. Every crease-wipe who posts inflammatory crap like this should go to jail, forfeiting all personal holdings and assets to the State they conspired to destroy.
I am independently minded:
I have never jumped on the bandwagon for “critically-acclaimed” directors who produce leftist, dystopian propaganda.
I have never watched Bonnie and Clyde or any of The Godfather films for that reason. I do not doubt that there is a high level or artistry in their making; that is not the point.
I do not like to see criminals and criminality glorified. I like to see criminals exposed as the terrible things that they are.
Give me a John Wayne movie over this guy’s stuff any day.

Sorry, Paul, the alt-right bought all the guns and ammo available over the last eight years. Prices are now way too high for your minimum-wage army of basement dwellers.
Looking through his credits he is a writer/director. His notable screenplay credits are Taxi Driver, American Gigolo, Raging Bull, Cat People and The Last Temptation of Christ. He had some talent but obviously a lefty from the get go.
I am thinking about getting my backhoe license. I think there will be alot of business in pit excavation.
