Trump doesn’t hide who he is. If he is going to meet with the enemy, he will say he is. Obama sneaks his questionable people in the back door and denies meeting with them. Everything about Trump is open and aboveboard.. the media is not used to that.. Washington is not used to that.. the lefties are not used to that..
Trump is not stupid and he knows what is going on. He comes from a wealthy businessman’s life style where they talk brownie talk about everyone.. but openly condemns when needed also. He says things about obama when he references to him... complimentary things.. but as soon as obama uses those meetings against Trump, Trump will come down on him. The left misinterprets Trump’s kindness as weakness or a clown. We shall see how that works for them.. and I think it will be soon, as obama will not be able to contain himself with Trump getting attention and making points as he makes plans and shows a presence that obama believes belongs only to him.

I agree. Trump should handcuff himself to Obama and try to keep the lame duck craziness to a minimum.

Obama is vindictive and he could do a lot of damage in a couple of short months. He’s also narcissistic so best to stroke his ego and not make waves. Rush said today, this is a dangerous time, then he backtracked a bit and said, this is a precarious time.
The GOP’s obsession with being civil and respectful to an opposition party that sends out goons and undermines at every turn is reliably painful to watch.
I am sorry to see Trump being sucked into it. The chant re: Hillary on the campaign trail was “lock her up”—and now Bill and Hill are such very good people and we all should be ever so grateful for their service to their country?
Obama now must be cast as the all-wise mentor to Trump coming in to learn the ropes?

Trump is known for peaking at the correct moment. He also reads people very well. He can complement Obama, He can say he will give a thought the utmost consideration, but once he is POTUS, the game changes.
