He’s on blood thinners (look at his hands) and seems to have edema in the ankles.
Also has ‘twin toes’. Which, I was told by a doctor and nurse, is an Irish recessive gene. I have them. So does my son.
Also looks to have had bunion/joint surg on left foot. Big toe is shorter.
