After the criminals are deported, the next group needs to be those that have already had their day in court and are already under court order to deport. Most have just stayed even after losing their court fight. People who have overstayed their VISA can also be deported without too many issues.

It gets a little trickier after criminals, those already under court orders, and VISA overstays are deported. Illegals found here are entitled to court hearings and there are many issues to solve before they can be legally deported. The big issue is immigration courts are backed up for years at this point, so will need to expand hearing process.

I truly believe Trump will figure out how to process and deport the rest, in a way the open borders people will not be able to stop it. Many illegals used to agree to deportation/waive hearings when caught when we enforced our immigration laws so that may happen again.
