(videos at link)U.N. climate chief Patricia Espinosa declined to comment on the Trump source's remarks.

'The Paris Agreement carries an enormous amount of weight and credibility,' she told a news conference.

She said the United Nations hoped for a strong and constructive relationship with Trump.

The Trump source blamed U.S. President Barack Obama for joining up by an executive order, without getting approval from the Senate.

'There wouldn't be this diplomatic fallout on the broader international agenda if Obama hadn't rushed the adoption,' he said.

Global warming is a hoax. Back in the 1970’s it was Global Cooling that was the big threat. The only difference between the Global Cooling and Global Warming alarmists is that the Warmists figured out how to make billions, and the coolists never figured that out.

I hope Trump really does cut off all the money that goes to the UN for Global Warming projects and research. Getting out of the Paris Accord would be excellent as well.

Just put the agreement up for a vote in the Senate and kick RINO butt to get it voted down

One thing about this that spooks me is that liberals will even lie about things that are true.

But in any event, innovation and improvements in efficiency caused us to meet the goals of the Kyoto Protocol without any of its regulations ever being implemented. There is nothing wrong with improving efficiency regardless of any so-called ‘global warming.’

In the same way that WikiLeaks revealed the fraud that is the Democratic Party, the surreptitious release of all the emails from the Climatic Research Unit in November 2009 revealed the total fraud that they were. They would like us all to forget that ‘small incidence’ as if it never happened.... but unfortunately, some of us have slightly longer memories.

That’s the price you pay when you take international agreements that should receive the advice and consent of the Senate as a treaty and just give it a presidential signature - the next president can just erase it.

The United States of America never joined the Paris Agreement. Such action could only happen by a treaty ratified by the Senate. Obama’s signature without the Senate ratification means nothing. No ratification, no treaty, nothing binding on the United States. All President Trump (I just loved to write that) need do is send them a letter explaining this.

...has been formally ratified by 109 representing 76 per cent of greenhouse gas emissions, including the United States with 18 per cent.

I must have missed the Senate ratifying this with 2/3 vote.

It’s a non-binding agreement, so...yeah.

Earth’s volcanic girdle - on land, and particularly beneath the global ocean - regularly issues more CO2 in a few hours than we pump into the biosphere in a year.

Certainly we should be prudent in our energy policies. But nothing is going to stem that flow, no matter what we do.

By hoax, it is meant that anthropogenic climate change is a hoax. Naturally occurring climate change has been with us since the beginning of time. Of course countries like China support it and want it binding on the US. China has much better terms and will ignore the agreement anyway. The US, on the other hand, would abide by it, making the US much less competitive in the world marketplace. It would also make everything here more expensive.
