Earth’s volcanic girdle - on land, and particularly beneath the global ocean - regularly issues more CO2 in a few hours than we pump into the biosphere in a year.
Certainly we should be prudent in our energy policies. But nothing is going to stem that flow, no matter what we do.

By hoax, it is meant that anthropogenic climate change is a hoax. Naturally occurring climate change has been with us since the beginning of time. Of course countries like China support it and want it binding on the US. China has much better terms and will ignore the agreement anyway. The US, on the other hand, would abide by it, making the US much less competitive in the world marketplace. It would also make everything here more expensive.
Finally. A President with a logic center who sees the massive fraud of the “climate change” bowel movement.
Trump is doing as he promised.

No! Never! We still do not have any real reason to trust the “repubican” Senate with McScrotumNeck as their “leader!” There will be another time, perhaps, when and if the real case can be made that the underlying problem of “global warming” really exists. Right now, from what I’m reading, our planet is cooling and has been doing so for quite some time.
